From I-94 take (Exit 80) Sprinkle Road; go south for 2.7 miles to Commercial Avenue (watch for stone wall with signage - Portage Commerce Park).
Turn left (east) on to Commercial Avenue which will turn into American Avenue at the curve. Hospital Network will be the last building on your left (6212 American Avenue).
